Water Tank packaging is wet when opening the box.
There’s nothing to worry about here. SwitchBot have advised they conducted water testing (for the Water Station and External Water Tanks) before they left the factory, and there may still be a small amount of water remaining, which is normal. If you feel that your package is unusually wet, please take a photo and contact the support team to confirm. They have changed their process for future development to solve this issue and will make sure to properly drain in the future.
The pipeline connection tool has been closed.
As the installation environment may vary from household to household, please determine whether it is necessary to cut off some of the pipe based on your needs, you can also check the guidelines found in our User Manual. If you are unsure how to do it, please provide photos or videos of your installation setup through SwitchBot Feedback function, and support will do their best to help you through the process.
